Summary

Everything will look the same without art directions. We are looking for a talent who can produces tastes and styles of design schemes. Art directors of Huuman have to be able to lead all the teams not only design perspectives but also team work perspectives.

Requirements

Experience

3+ years of design production experience and ¥5M+ budget experience
A few case studies of account strategy that have led to positive creative impact
Experience of art direction practices in creative industry/environment

Capabilities

Ability to fluently communicate in Japanese
Ability to enjoy the whole journey of work
Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of the account strategy — targeting, fanels/processes, executions, mapping — with emergingexpertise in one or more
Ability to link account strategy, and translate that strategy for client relations
Ability to work across different culture and disciplines to push work forward
